It was two vhs tapes and we watched it over, and over, and over, and over. And when we were sick we would watch it again! Mary Poppins is currently a favorite with Maggie and Water, as well.

I completely agree with you about celebrating every day more. Though, unlike you, I really enjoy poetry. I put this on my "books for my kids" amazon wishlist :)Elisabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17416265133804487369noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31647067.post-82548207743853640722012-10-16T12:40:17.459-07:002012-10-16T12:40:17.459-07:00Mandy is a favorite story of mine by her. I didn't care for that part at all.

I like the way you opened this review! You like her TALENT. I always struggle when I say I love or adore an author or actor, because I really don't know them. But their talent...yes! I'm going to steal that wording from now on. :)

Since I adore Julie Andrew's TALENT, I grabbed the Whangdoodle book when I had the chance. It wasn't that long ago that I even realized she was an author.

Bluerosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00680170638396181756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31647067.post-68081286429059120202012-10-15T16:54:37.580-07:002012-10-15T16:54:37.580-07:00I've seen Sound of Music as many times as you ...I've seen Sound of Music as many times as you and still love it.
