April Fools Giveaway #3 (CLOSED)

April Fool's Day might be full of jokes but it's no joke that being an excellent wife can sometimes be a difficult thing! It takes a lot of thought, effort, time, energy, love and respect to be anywhere close to excellent. If not just plain exhausted! (But it's oh so very worth it!)

If you feel like you could use some encouragement to be the best wife you can be, I have a used copy of The Excellent Wife: A Biblical Perspective to pass along to you (or someone you know that could use a boost!)

It's been far too long since I've read this book (before my book blogging days and even before I was married!) so I have no review to link to. Click on the title link and read the Amazon review for now. If you win and would like to read this alongside me (as I read it in a more relevant stage of life!) let me know! I like reading books alongside of others.

To win? Simply leave a comment below. This contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents only and will be open through Thursday, April 7th.

Extra entries:

* Blog about today's April Fool's Giveaways and add a second comment for one extra entry into any and all of the April Fool's Giveaways.
* Become a "fan" on Facebook. (Because yes, I've stooped to Facebook!)

THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED. THE WINNER IS #33 - Anne from Little Sprout Books

  3. Ack! I'm so far behind on my blog reading! But my mom got me a copy of this book and it's on my "list of books I need to read", so I'll read it with you! :) I have a friend who wants to read it also, so if I win the giveaway, I'll pass the copy to her and we can ALL read it! :)

  4. Oh, I liked you on FB too.
And we LOVE to listen to Hank on audio--the author reads them and his voices for the characters are OUTSTANDING! I think Mom and Dad enjoy them as much as the kids do--and my 15yod and 13yos still love them! ;)

  19. I would Love to win this book for my mom! She is such a hard working woman who put all of her effort into being the best mother and wife she could possibly be. But there were, and are still times she feels neglected and under appreciated, as I think most women do. She is an avid reader and Christian. I think she would really get a lot of encouragement from this book! :)
