New Link

I "found" Snapshot through Semicolon's blog. Given the fact that I check her reads every single week and usually take her suggestions for suggested books to read, I figured it was time to link her. Check out her blog if you get a chance.

I also stole this quiz from her site:

What Kind of Reader Are You?
Your Result: Literate Good Citizen

You read to inform or entertain yourself, but you're not nerdy about it. You've read most major classics (in school) and you have a favorite genre or two.

Book Snob
Dedicated Reader
Obsessive-Compulsive Bookworm
Fad Reader
Non-Reader

Thanks, Carrie. We scored almost exactly the same on the quiz, too.

I still haven't written my post about Freddy, yet, but I think that with your husband's fond memories and mine and my daughter's enjoyment of them, you should try Freddy Goes to the North Pole, the first one that we read together. She just checked out another one from the library today.

I initially got Book Snob on that one (gasp!), so I tweaked some answers and became a Literate Good Citizen. Then I answered for myself as a teenager and became a Dedicated Reader.

I think the real problem is my reading intentions no longer match my ability to perform.

hahahaha...I scored as a Book Snob, lol, with Obsessive-Compulsive Bookworm, Dedicated Reader, and Literate Good Citizen coming after in that order.
