Welcome to my biblioblog! I'm Carrie, a wife, mother, reader, thinker and dreamer. I love books (obviously) and love to share them with others. Thanks for stopping by!
I am happy to consider reviewing books on behalf of publishers. However, please note that I will publish my honest thoughts of the book. If I do not like it, I will and do feel obligated to point out the reasons why I would not recommend it to others. I maintain an affiliate account with Amazon and receive compensation for purchases which originate via the Amazon link provided in any given review.

"If you would tell me the heart of a man, tell me not what he reads but what he rereads." Francois Mauriac
Makes me think of the time C.S. Lewis says there is more hope for a man who's never read the classics than one who's read them once and think that's enough.

Ohhhhh, I like that, that's deep.
Very good.

Oh--
and have you read either of Elizabeth Marie Pope's books?
I haven't yet re-read The Sherwood Ring, but I can't remember the number of times I've been through The Perilous Gard (a lot. On tape).
Great books, both. Especially the later one. Wonderful characters and similes.
