Fun!!! We haven't let our kids watch the movies yet but we have read all the books AND listened to 3 of the Focus on the Family audio books. It made being stuck in NYC traffic less torture.

Oh me neither! The first one came out on my birthday (pre-kids) so we went. And before that we'd read all the books aloud while we were dating! This one is by far our favorite!!!

Oh my goodness! This positively brought tears to my eyes. Dawn Treader is one of my favorites of the Chronicles, anyway. (And yes, I do have some post-partum hormonal issues to contend with ;-) ). I so well remember my mom coming to watch Lulu when she was an infant so we could go to the theater to see the first movie.

Like you, I can't wait! Wouldn't it be fun if we could all get together and watch the movies?!?!?

Oh, ok Amy - good. I wasn't going to mention the fact that I cried too but since you did, I'll confess it also. ;D

Oh ho ho - wouldn't I LOVE to be able to watch the movie with you!?!?!

LOL! I found the trailer yesterday and showed it to my husband...he's thrilled...this book is this favorite so I'm taking him to see it for his b'day since they both occur in the same month. : )

Personally, I'd like to see The Horse and His Boy...if they make one in the future. : )

This is my favorite Narnia story next to The Horse and His Boy - so I hope it's good!

Am I mistaken, or did I catch a peek of Susan in that trailer? I thought she wasn't in this "episode" of the series! Regardless, I'm also very much looking forward to this movie...a Christmas treat for hubby and me :)

Wait, why were the older 2 in that last scene??

Anyway, I'm definitely excited about this! This is my favorite of the books, and clearly the most interesting to put on screen with all the fantastic sights.
